• 2025-26 Benefits Open Enrollment

    Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to:

    • Modify or enroll in health insurance, dental insurance plans and/or Legal/ID Shield
    • Change who may be enrolled in your benefits including self, spouse and dependents
    • Enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA) for 2025-26

    All changes made by employees during Open Enrollment will take effect on July 1, 2025, and will be effective through June 30, 2026.

    If you don’t need to make any changes to your benefits and you don’t wish to enroll in a flexible spending account – you do not need to do anything.

    To waive health insurance coverage for 2025-26, and be included in the count for opt out payment (per your union contract), download and fill out the waiver form and send it and a copy of your health insurance card to Amy Phillips, Central Business Office.

    To enroll in a Flexible Spending Account:

    2. Fill out and send to Amy Phillips, Central Business Office

    2025-26 Maximum Amts:
     Med/dental/vision: $3,300
     Dependent Care: $5,000

  • Employee contributions for benefits are taken over 20 pay periods starting Sep 27, 2024. For your biweekly amount, take the total employee cost for the year (July 2024 - June 2025) and divide by 20.
