2025-26 Benefits Open Enrollment
Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to:
- Modify or enroll in health insurance, dental insurance plans and/or Legal/ID Shield
- Change who may be enrolled in your benefits including self, spouse and dependents
- Enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA) for 2025-26
All changes made by employees during Open Enrollment will take effect on July 1, 2025, and will be effective through June 30, 2026.

To waive health insurance coverage for 2025-26, and be included in the count for opt out payment (per your union contract), download and fill out the waiver form and send it and a copy of your health insurance card to Amy Phillips, Central Business Office.
